About Me

Since qualifying as an OT in 2005 I have worked across a variety of clinical and community settings, devoting much of this time to working with people facing neurological injuries and conditions. Facilitating the emotional and psychological adaptation to trauma and disability as well as working together to address the physical, functional and cognitive impairments.

I pride myself on my holistic and client centred approach, providing intervention from the perspective that you are the expert on being you. I am here to offer expertise in the field of neurological rehabilitation, to collaborate with you and explore solutions to your challenges. I will work with you to identify and overcome barriers to assist you in achieving your goals.

I am also a certified mindfulness coach and can offer education and intervention to build this transformative life skill that I believe can benefit many. I have also worked as a mental health practitioner within primary care and have  a solid knowledge and skills base in addressing mental health challenges.

I personally hold a firm belief that physical and mental health are inseparable and would always seek to understand all aspects of my clients health when working together to improve or optimise your life.

I am a mother of two boys and a dog. I love yoga and being in nature.

I am a highly sensitive person (HSP) which helps me to understand you on a deeper level.
